We aim to process all orders within 2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Our orders are shipped from Goodyear, AZ. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
*Free Standard Shipping on Orders is valid exclusively at on McDavidUSA.com for regular orders of $75+ excluding taxes and after any coupons or promotions. Offer is valid for orders shipping within the US contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. If another shipping option other than Free Ground Shipping is chosen, additional charges will apply. Offer is good for the orders "ship-to" address for domestic travel. A return label will be provided for any product that fails to deliver. Please note that the initial shipping cost will NOT be refunded. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. No cash value. Void where prohibited by law.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA
Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII
Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii. Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Air ($35) or FedEx Standard Overnight ($45). These rates reflect higher carrier fees for shipments to Hawaii. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.
P.O. BOXES
Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.
APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
At this time, McDavid can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. Sorry, we do not ship to internationally.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.

Once order has been processed and shipped, McDavid cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. McDavid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
